By submitting a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
The contract between the Provider and the customer is established at the moment the booking is confirmed by the Provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

A spot in the workshop is reserved after booking confirmation and receipt of the required deposit.
In case of cancellation at least 12 hours before the start of the workshop, the paid deposit will be refunded in full.
A change of booking date is possible at least 12 hours before the start of the workshop, provided there are available spots.
If the booking is canceled or a change of date is requested less than 12 hours before the start of the workshop, the deposit is forfeited.
If the customer fails to appear at the workshop without prior notice, the booking is considered used, and no right to a refund of the paid amount arises.

6. Cancellation of the Workshop by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop, especially for operational, organizational, or health reasons, in the event of an insufficient number of participants, or due to force majeure.

In such a case, the customer will be offered:
an alternative date, or
refund of the full amount already paid.

In such a case, the customer is not entitled to compensation for other incurred costs (such as transport or accommodation).

7. Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason if it is a contract for leisure activities where the service is provided at a specified date or period.
Perfume workshops represent a service provided at a specific date and time; therefore, this provision applies to them.

The customer's rights under the cancellation conditions stated in Article 5 remain unaffected.

8. Course of the Workshop

The participant is obliged to arrive at the workshop on time.
Late arrival may lead to a shortening of the individual part of the workshop. The Provider is not obliged to extend its duration.

The participant is obliged to follow the instructor's instructions and behave considerately toward other participants.
The Provider is entitled to terminate the participation of any person whose behavior disrupts the workshop or endangers the safety of others. In such a case, no right to a refund of the price arises.

9. Health Warning

Perfume compositions, essential oils, and other aromatic substances are used during the workshops.
The participant is obliged to report any known allergies, hypersensitivities, or other health issues that may affect their participation before the workshop starts.
The Provider is not responsible for allergic or other individual reactions if they were not informed of these facts in advance.

10. Liability

The Provider is responsible for the proper provision of the agreed service.
Each perfume created during the workshop is the original result of the participant's creative work under the professional guidance of the instructor.
Due to the nature of perfume raw materials, individual perfumes may show slight variations in intensity or fragrance development.
The resulting scent may naturally change over time due to the aging of the perfume, storage methods, or individual skin chemistry.
These facts do not constitute a defect in the service.

11. Complaints

If the customer believes the service was not provided properly, they may file a complaint without undue delay via email or phone.
The Provider will handle the complaint in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

12. Photography During Workshops

Photographs or short video recordings capturing the course of the event may be taken during the workshops.
If the customer is identifiable in a photo or video and the materials are intended for marketing purposes, their processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
A participant may express their disagreement with the taking or publication of their likeness at any time.

13. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for failure to fulfill their obligations if they were prevented from doing so by circumstances of force majeure that could not have been reasonably foreseen or influenced.
Force majeure includes natural disasters, epidemics, power outages, extraordinary measures by public authorities, or other similar events.

14. Protection of Personal Data

Information on the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document “Privacy Policy,” which is available on the website.

16. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Provider reserves the right to reasonably change the Terms and Conditions. For already confirmed bookings, the version of the Terms and Conditions effective on the day of the contract's conclusion always applies.
The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
These Terms and Conditions take effect on the day of their publication on the website.
